First hackerearth test , then technical round for 1 hour. After which they take managerial round in which team lead and manager can ask you technical and high level questions, and final is HR discussion. So basically first round is very important they check your basic programming knowledge.

In which they ask you detailed information about your project, they ask you to explain framework,
Then they ask you other tools mentioned in your CV.
Be ready with all things you have mentioned in your CV.
core Java questions, selenium questions, API automation questions, etc they may ask.
Team lead can again ask you technical questions.
Finally HR is a salary discussion round

I attended F2F interview on 27-Mar for automation testing profile. The interviewer was taking another interview through laptop while taking interview to me in person. He is not even ready to listen for the answer that I'm telling eventhugh my answers were correct. It was just for 20mins and it is very evident that they are conducting for God sake.
