Interview was 2-step, an initial phone interview and then a panel interview. I was asked about my experience, habits, personality and expectations. The overall experience was good. They seem nice.
I had a wonderful interview experience with IBM. The interviewer was incredibly friendly and took the time to explain the exact day-to-day responsibilities of an accountant at the company in great detail. This gave me a very clear and realistic picture of the role and the team culture.
Beyond just assessing my skills, the interviewer provided highly constructive feedback and valuable advice on areas where I could improve based on my performance.
