First round through Skype. Question asked mainly on core Java . second round - with assistant partner - general no technical discussion At this point they sent me offer letter. third round for client team (IBM) - mainly on spring - depends on the person - this person was interested in knowing how much i rote spring ( he asked class names ) - I could not pass this . But my first 2 interview was really good , specially with the assistant partner - so they put me in this team.

I had a couple of interviews with this company, so the experience might vary based on the interviewer, but overall the experience has been great in both cases. They asked me to talk about my contribution on my previous projects and they asked some follow up questions. Then they asked some technical questions, but it was mostly checking my understanding of Java, nothing sophisticated. I interviewed with them on two separate occasions and both times this was it. No coding interview or take at home assignment. Overall, I’d say it’s been a really respectul and mature interview process.
