I had already worked for my boss on another contract job so the interview was a formality. I was hired through a contract staffing company as is IBM's business model. There was no possibility to be hired as a permanent employee. The interview process was easy although there was a long waiting period before I could start due to IBM's onboarding process.

Good Experience The questions were asked in understandable way . All the rounds were easy , if we think properly and attend the questions we can easily clear all the rounds .
