IBM's recorded video interview. During the assessment, I was asked to record my answers to multiple interview questions, taking no more than 23 minutes, and 15 seconds to complete. There is only one opportunity to answer.
It was rather easy. It was stress-free and just required me to answer questions and it was basically a hirevue to be honest. This is for the intern interview after passing the screening.

After submitting application 1-2 days later I get an email for the video assessment. After almost a month I get scheduled 2 rounds of interviews back to back. I got the offer a week after the interview.
