one online round followed by multiple rounds in-person.
in-person had presenattion about company and team and I was aksed to present myself on the spot given 10-minutes to prepare.
followed by one technical, one situational and one management/HR rounds of interviews.
Travel and lunch expenses were paid for the in-person interview.

First Written aptitude round:
It contains numerical aptitude questions which are very simple but concentrate on series questions.
Even this part consist of a special section based on series... and yes one important point, each question has its own time limit.
Next Round is English Test
They test your English grammar and at-least you should how to write a e-mail, letter, application etc.
Third Round is Interview Round: Only 1 interview

The thing is it is not very difficult, if you are good at technical and having good grades, then you can easily crack it.
IBM uses a custom hiring system on its website to screen employees. This allows you to apply to many roles at once. It is however somewhat awkward to get started in.

First round- Face to face
Second round: Telephonic with US Team
Third Round: Face to Face with the core team
Fourth round: face to Face with Manager
The Entire process was completed in a day.. Got Placed :) and Offer released in few weeks and Accepted Offer
