Two phone screens one with recruiter and one with HR Manager. Each phone screen was 30 minutes in length. Then one final face to face interview. Didn't hear back after 2 phone screens.
It was 4 interviews rounds, with technical and behavioural tests. The process was smooth but a bit long due the avail of the recruitmnt team. However the tests contrnt was reasonable . The technicsl questions covers the main asoects of design snd implemetation for ML models as well as the interpretation of differents results

Entretien
Step 1: Screening with Talent Partner to find out more about your background. We also discussed and agreed my salary requirements.
Step 2: Interview with 2 colleagues. A detailed interview about my skills to do the role.
Step 3: Interview with partner. This step was mostly a conversation about the role, my skillset and the overall market.
I was offered the role. However, I was told that because I did not have the experience that they were looking for in one specific area, they offered me a lower level role. The offered salary was much lower salary than we what agreed upfront. They also made clear this is the top salary that they can offer for this role.
I declined the offer. I told them that I recognise this gap and I'm happy to join IBM at a lower salary than we agreed upfront and higher than what they originally offered. In simple terms, I started the negotiations.
The Talent Partner promised to get back to me immediately with a feedback, but I never heard back. Even though I chased them after 1 week, I did not hear back from them at all.
It looks like ghosting has become a trend during the pandemic. I found this behaviour quite disrespectful. The good news is that I did not join them, because this behaviour says a lot about the culture of the organisation.
