1.I was selected from the process of pooled campus hiring.T here was a coding round, which had 2 coding questions, easy-medium level. They weren't based on any specific data structure like a linked list or stack queue.
2. There was speaking assessment after that, similar to SVAR by SHL-AIMCAT.
3. Selected students were called to Pune, we had a coding round there.
4. The students whose all test cases where passed were selected for next round, which was written assessment. Which had some situation based questions.
5 Followed by HR round in which i was just asked abt myself and my hobbies.
6. We received LOI after 3 weeks.

"The company provided a fixed interview slot without any room for flexibility. As soon as I responded to ask if we could reschedule for a different date and time, the system automatically triggered a rejection email. It seems their automated process drops candidates who cannot make the initial slot.
O processo seletivo foi muito bom, organizado e acolhedor. Me senti confortável durante todas as etapas, com comunicação clara, respeito e profissionalismo. Foi uma experiência positiva e enriquecedora para mim.
O processo foi bem tranquilo e bem conduzido do início ao fim. A conversa teve um tom profissional, mas leve, com perguntas sobre minha experiência técnica, projetos anteriores, forma de trabalhar em equipe e entendimento sobre arquitetura, desenvolvimento backend e resolução de problemas. No geral, foi uma experiência positiva e organizada.
