Questions posées lors d’un entretien d’embauche pour Java Eclipse RCP/Spring Developer chez IBM

Very professional, very friendly staff, asked many questions, from operators, to collections and i also had to do a quite complex software application before the actual interviews, they values good english knowledge. they explained different projects they have in US and what exactly i would work on. there were options, there were 2 interviews : 1 with other candidates and second just with colleagues
