Step 1: Started with a phone interview with the hiring manager with the hiring manager describing the position and key attributes to success. Step 2: The on site interview was unique. I was asked to present 5 minute overview of my skills, and 10-15 minutes on key programs that demonstrated my skills as a Senior Brand Manager. This was followed by a presentation of my solution to a case study that was given to me to "solve". Then I had 1:1 interviews including reviewing data and summarizing conclusions and additional behavioral questions.
