J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Intuit (New Delhi) en nov. 2021
Entretien
The interview panel was totally new to Intuit. The interviewers had poor technical skill based on the non software background they might have come from.
The hiring manager clearly did not work on major software products.
Worse part my interview was spread across PST and IST pannel. If 1 interview happened in 8:30 PM IST than the next happened at 9:30 AM IST.

1. Phone screen with a TPM.
2. Onsite with a small team. I had to prepare and present an imaginary new program based on some criteria they have me a few days before. I spent a lot of time before the interview working on this.
2.1 Then they asked me questions about my presentation and about how I would handle hypothetical scenarios.
What I gleaned from this: The most important skill is: be able to track a complex web of inter-dependencies, keeping track of info from different people and sources, identifying possible problems and avoiding them

The interview process was very thorough, and everyone including the recruiter were very knowledgeable and transparent. The interview was to be in three stages. I made it through the interview with the recruiter, and had a full interview over the phone with the hiring manager. The third stage, which I didn't make it to was to present to a panel.
