I applied online for a position, and went through a LONG interview process that took weeks. Then I didn't hear back for almost a month, only to be told that I did not get the job. However, a month later, they reached out to me about another position at the firm that was similar to the one I applied for. I went through the interview process again - one phone interview with a recruiter, 3 in person interviews, and one last phone interview with the lead division manager. Got the call a few days later.
