I was recommended by an employee to the Advisory Department for an Internship. I was shortlisted based on my resume. The HR called me to schedule an interview Telephonic Interview was scheduled with the Manager.

After submitting my CV, there was a virtual interview and they asked a market sizing question + why I wanted to join the specific department. They also asked about stuff in my CV and it was overall pretty manageable, they don't expect you to know much as an intern.
