Overall the process took around 30-45 days, with the main time gap being between online tests and an interview, and then between that and the partner interview, although mine was in the busiest time of the year.

Partner Interview: Very relaxed with some set questions they are required to ask but frankly don't care about, the Partner just wants to know if this is someone they would send out to a client.
Easy going and straight foward a good combination between technical skills and behavioral question. Some of the queestion related to accounting and audit question and some related to our attitude

It was average. General accounting terms. Foundation level. Interviewer are supportive.
First was a online test then technical round, the HR round was Salary discussion. Delay inbetween rounds and HR will ignore calls.
