Entretien
My first interview was during the on-campus recruiting process. I was called for a second round interview, "Inside Look" in New York City. During the day-long "Inside Look" there were presentations, two one-on-one interviews, and speed recruiting/cocktail hour. There was a very professional, yet fun company culture. The interviewers want to see that you have a sociable personality more than asking you any hard technical questions.

Question 1
Name a group/team situation that did not go as planned. How did you fix/respond to it?
Advisory Internship interview. Two behavioral 30-minute interviews with a manager and an MD. received the offer over the phone after around 2 weeks. accepted the full time offer post internship.
2 rounds of behavioral interviews; come prepared to speak about yourself, answer scenario-based questions, and ask thoughtful questions of your interviewers.
They will ask questions specific to the Advisory practice you applied to, so come prepared with relevant accomplishments and solutions you've implemented in that domain previously.

It was fluid! The interviewer didn’t ask me anything out of the ordinary. It was primarily a fit check rather than technical. I’ve heard it varies, i may have just gotten a chill recruiter.
