Applied through on campus and got a First Interview. Interview went well (as least I thought it did) but I received a rejection letter the next day. Seemed a little turned off that I was new to the accounting field, but arent internships meant for learning? A lot of fake smiles in that place.
First half of interview was with a manager about behavioural questions and second half with partner who gave a scenario and left the second half open for a conversation about the firm.

The interviewers were kind and genuinely interested in who I was. They cared about my path and career choices and ultimately left the decision up to me when deciding between firms to intern for, while maintain a good relationship with me.
