First interview was 30 minutes with 2 managers and was a mix of behavioural & traditional interview questions as well as ice-breaker small-talk to get to know more about your personality, background, and goals and how it aligns with the firm.
Second interview was two 30 minute back-to-back one-on-one interviews with a senior manager and a partner. YMMV but It was completely conversational for me where we ended up talking about hobbies and current events. This was followed by a casual lunch with two staff accountants. Overall it was pretty chill and it is more about you getting to know them rather than the other way around.

Recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn, set up a virtual interview with 3 behavioral questions following STAR method. Second and final interview was in person with a manager and partner. The second interview felt even easier than the first, more of an opportunity for you to ask them questions. Overall, definitely the easiest interviews I've ever experienced, very relaxed and everyone involved was super friendly and welcoming!
