Two in-person behavioral interview. One with a director and the other with a partner. Mostly conversational. I found myself engaged in friendly conversation most of the time rather than answering strict behavioral questions. The interviewers are less interested in your ability to respond to prepared questions and more interested in if you can hold a conversation and come across as a genuinely likable person who wants to work at KPMG.
