Firs got a phone call to do a screening of my CV.
I was then invited to have a coffee catch up with one Director in the advisory team.
Then I had an interview with a Director and a Manager in the advisory team.
After the interview I had to do some psychometric tests.
Got a final interview with two partners.

A few interview rounds with a mix of case interview and behavioral. Something you expect from a big 4/consulting case interview round. Prepare good enough and you'll be fine. Research case interview best practices and company background.
Overall very good. They ask a lot of questions and if you are able to answer them well then you can get in! My recommendation is to focus on being you and communicating your truth as clearly as possible.
