Several rounds of interviews after an on-campus interview.
Mix of behavioral, situational, and personal questions.
Meeting with various levels of management - partner, senior manager, manager, recruiter.
If they have any interest in you, they will wine and dine you- take you to lunch, coffee, nice dinners, etc.

First round was basic assessment, like video interview and some numerical test.
Second round was group interview, there were 8 ppl in total in my group and we have to come up with a conclusion during the 40 mins and a 5-min presentation
