It was deeply grueling. First an assessment center which took almost a whole day. 3 stages. 1. A panel Interview with 3 people on the panel where they get to know you and what you have been doing. 2. A group work - You are put with a team to see how well you work with others and given a task 3. Another panel interview - here you are given a topic to talk about and then asked questions on it. If you pass the assessment center, then you go on to the Partner interview - which is a one on one interview with a partner of the unit you want to join, in my case management consulting.
