Had both phone screening and in-person interview. Both had similar types of questions in that they were behavioral and case study questions. The in-person interview is usually with upper management individuals. The overall process was fairly quick .

2 back to back interviews with Senior Director and Managing Director. Included both behavioral and situational questions. First interview was solely behavioral and the second interview had majority situational with minimal behavioral.
