I passed the CV screening for the accelerator program after applying through my school portal. Then, 2 rounds of interview afterward. First-round consisted of 2 back-to-back case interviews with managers virtually. Very standard cases.

If you can pick only 1 company for their customer service, which one and why?
first round with consultant and senior consultant, multiple mini cases and behavioural questions
very quick to move to second round
second round with senior manager, case presentation etc
slow response time after second round
A few interview rounds with a mix of case interview and behavioral. Something you expect from a big 4/consulting case interview round. Prepare good enough and you'll be fine. Research case interview best practices and company background.
Overall very good. They ask a lot of questions and if you are able to answer them well then you can get in! My recommendation is to focus on being you and communicating your truth as clearly as possible.
