I applied through professional connection, and received notification from the department secretary for interview. The first round was with the Associate Director in the office, second interview with Partner in charge over the phone. They are constantly looking for qualified candidates due to the lack of well trained risk based internal auditors in Taiwan. I received an offer in 2 weeks time.

Interview was somewhere middle ground between simple and tough. I was asked about P2P process, P2P risks and controls, COSO framework, sox framework, point of Focus and various layers in COSO framework.

there were 2 rounds, 1st was telephonic and 2nd was Technical interview. It was easy to moderate level. Asked simple questions about auditing like TOD,TOE. The interviewer made you comfortable and was very friendly. They ensured that you they provide every detail for the job role.

3 rds of interview in total. first two are phone interviews and the last one is on site.
asked many questions about my experience and background. the whole process took a little bit too much time. but they did reimburse me for interviewed related costs. too bad couldnt not join the team because of the pandemic and thought it was not a good time to switch career.the pay offered was below the average, in my opinion.
