Long and difficult questions but if you are ready you will get in. They were all nice and polite.
Later on I also participated on interviews from the other side and the focus truly is to find motivated, smart people who actually want the job. Just be yourself and show what you got.

resume-> phone interview-> psychometric test online-> written case-> team manager case-> partner case. manager and partner interviews are personal +15 min case. Sometimes they also do a second partner interview with a case.
