Had 3 interviews - Human resource (team of 2), Senior Manager of department (single), Manager of department (single)
The first is the usual kind - background checks, work experience, etc; the second was just a chit-chat session; the third was the main one - probing questions to determine if I can fit in the team, technical questions for the position, etc.

Case study on how you would solve a difficult situation at work
Advisory Internship interview. Two behavioral 30-minute interviews with a manager and an MD. received the offer over the phone after around 2 weeks. accepted the full time offer post internship.
2 rounds of behavioral interviews; come prepared to speak about yourself, answer scenario-based questions, and ask thoughtful questions of your interviewers.
They will ask questions specific to the Advisory practice you applied to, so come prepared with relevant accomplishments and solutions you've implemented in that domain previously.

It was fluid! The interviewer didn’t ask me anything out of the ordinary. It was primarily a fit check rather than technical. I’ve heard it varies, i may have just gotten a chill recruiter.
