Had four rounds of interview:
1) Group Discussion
2) Aptitude Test
3) Technical round with managers
4) HR round
Aptitude test was distributed into four sections English, Logical Reasoning, Accounting and E-mail writing. Around 24-30 questions in total.
The interview process includes an application review, online assessments, recruiter screening, behavioral and technical interviews, and sometimes case studies or partner interviews, evaluating communication, problem-solving, technical knowledge, and cultural fit.
Smooth interview process that took only a week. The interval of the two interviews were short. Both the hiring manager and the Team Manager that interviewed me nice and approachable.
Easy going and straight foward a good combination between technical skills and behavioral question. Some of the queestion related to accounting and audit question and some related to our attitude
