Pre-interview night social - Make sure you go and talk a lot and show your interest, your interviewer will probably be there.
First round - all fit questions, why the firm? why the division? walk through your resume? tell me about a time you were in a leadership position and you failed.
Second round - 2 interviews, both behavioral unless IT advisory there were no technical questions.

Tell me about a time you were in a leadership position and failed?
It is conducted by a game-based assessment, there is no time limit for taking the quiz, and you can check the result through a website. It is a good assessment.
Questions were mostly behavioral with a few basic technical questions asked. There are several stages. First stage is an assessment center, then an interview with a manager in the team and the finally an interview with a partner in the unit.
