Consisted of initial screen with national HR, then follow up with local HR office. Then phone interviews with senior managers and partners. Local HR office was all over the place and really dropped the ball; ended up declining their office due to non communication from the recruiting manager and had to accept a position from another firm. Seemed to rely on "prestige" of the KPMG name versus actually recruiting me.

This is quite an easy interview. They mainly ask questions on the job management, such as how I manage the client relationship and how to handle delays of audit progress

Entretien
The process starts with HR interview followed by technical interview a few days later and then partner interview. Interviewers were really professional and friendly. The technical questions raised ranged from moderate to difficult. The process was fast.
