      Entretien

      > This is related to my personal experience about the interview process with the KPMG which I faced during first week of Nov'15. > I got a call from one of the consultant and scheduled my interview with KPMG. There, I was asked to fill up the application form. There were 5 candidates (including me) came for the interview. After handing over the application form & resume to the HR, she called us one by one for the HR round. I was expecting to be interviewed earlier as I came earlier than other candidates present over there for the interview but she called me in the last. When my turn came after waiting 30 mins, She told me to wait for 5 mins but again I waited for around 45 mins. > When she came back even then she was busy with her laptop and simultaneous she asked me some basic questions like Tell me something about your current work profile. I started telling her about my working experience but at the same time I felt that she was not at all interested in listening me. My interview was last for 2 mins and she said that she will going to call back. > I asked the other candidates also who were present on that day about the HR round. They also said that HR doesn't seems interested. > I had taken half day off from my office to present myself for the interview but after the interview I got very much disappointed with the unprofessional behavior of such a big professional firm, Even after having the required experience they just call the candidates and judge them within 2 mins without taking any technical round. > And the worst part is that, as per the policy of the KPMG I am not eligible for the interview for next 6 months. > I just want to asked the management of KPMG, is there any kind of arrangement between HR & the consultancy agency that they refer the candidate and thereafter rejects the candidate so that both can achieve their targets. > I must say that it was the worst Experience I have ever had .... I think they need to brush up their interview process.
