There was a one hour group task which judged how well you contributed/worked as a team, and an interview with a senior member. There was also a hour of networking exercises and mini-games. They provided extensive catering and drinks for lunch.

Describe a technology that has had a big impact in the last five years.
Approximately one to three months with several stages including online tests and assessment centre with an interview from a branch manager with other candidates from across the country, whole of scotland tested together for different offices.

Entretien
A couple of online personality type assessments including a one way interview. Then there was a giant in person assessment centre including proper interview, which was held at Ashton Gate stadium. It was overall a good experience, the staff/interviewer were friendly and was nice to be around people going through the same experience.
