The interview process for a Marketing Intern role at a beauty company was fairly structured and professional. There is HR screening call to assess basic qualifications, interest in the brand, and cultural fit. This was followed by one round of interview with your hiring manager where candidates were asked about their understanding of the beauty industry and past project or internship experience.

Honestly everything was very smooth and you can 100% prepare for the case study within the given time, just reference recent projects/missions and integrate your findings into the case study.

Entretien
Very positive experience, behavioural interview with HR, followed by a traditional interview with team's manager. I had to follow up several times before I received a response, but communication was positive.
