I first had a phone screen with HR, which went well, and I was immediately called back for a 1:1 interview. The questions they asked were all about my background, the job description, and why I want to work for L'Oreal. Simple, typical HR questions. My in person interviews consisted of a meeting with HR and a meeting with the department. These were mostly behavioral questions. What is your greatest achievement? What is an unpopular decision you had to make? Tell me about a time you worked with a difficult coworker. I had thought the interviews went reasonably well. I sent in my thank you notes and patiently waited. I heard nothing back. I called, wrote e-mails, and got no response. That was back in April/May, so I'm that was their way of rejecting me "nicely."
