It was very casual and an average interview. I never felt on the spot or under a tremendous amount of pressure. It was typical questions, no surprises for me. I also thought the questions pertained specifically to the job at hand. I had a prior relationship with a few accounts, and a Brand Director there, so it was really about making sure we were a good fit.
