There are 3 interviews but only the first one matters. It is basically as long as you are somehow qualified as a manager you can get in. It doesn't really matter if you are coming from a famous college or a big enterprise, the key is to talk as if you know everything.

The interview started with general self-introduction, and then going through the CV. The HR asked some ideas of real practice. It seems like creativity is very essential to this role (or specific brand)

i had 4 interviews in total and in all of them they made me feel very at ease and comfortable. the interviewers from the Hr to the Store Director and General manager were very professional and friendly
