Entretien
I initially started with a phone interview which went very well. She asked typical customer service related questions. For example, you are going to meet with a new customer, what would you do in order to gain knowledge about the company? After the phone interview i was invited to an on campus interview. The company provided all travel arrangements. The day of the interview i had 4 interviews. The first one was job fit interview, the second and third one was a case interview, and the 4th one was behavioral. Thought i did ok but i guess that was not good enough because i did not get the job.
Initial manager interview followed by competency and role play. Job spec changed throughout the process with no consistency in what I has been told previously. Interns managing the day, which was disorganised

Interview process was intense but extremely enjoyable. The Microsoft recruitment team were very friendly and made the process smooth which allowed all candidates to perform at their highest potential. Well done Microsoft.

Question 1
Scenario based questions - You get a case study and you need to answer how you would navigate challenges within that case study.
Took about 1 month, 2 rounds of interviews. First a phone screening, followed by final rounds with 3-4 interviewers. Interview was mostly behavioral and job fit questions. Using STAR method really helpful
