I had a phone interview after I submitted my resume at a career fair in my university. The process was very good, the HRs were very responsive and quick. The phone interview lasted 1 hr. There were basic questions on algorithms, operating systems and questions like what was the most challenging thing in your academic projects? how did you deal with it etc. Initially in the career fair there was a basic written test I was asked to write which was fairly simple.
