Not co operative enough to pass on the right resume to the right team and thus leading to all the communication gap and then eventually process did not happen properly

3 round interviews, the usual pattern of describing a system, and then some leetcode style questions. The interviewer was nice an and polite. Looks like there is no rush to hire for this position.
