Initial phone screening, then in-person interview within a week. After the in-person interview, it's been radio silence. Despite multiple follow-up emails from me, I have heard nothing back for months. Disappointing based on how great the company seems. Just keep your promises and follow-through, even if you don't want to hire someone. If you say you'll get back to someone, then do it.

Excellent interview process! Met with two senior leaders and the hiring manager. They were thorough with explaining the position, organization, and team. I got a great feel for the culture and the realities of what challenges I may face in the role.
