Great expirence, phone screen was very easy. Asked alot of questions about skills and future outlooks. Onsite interview with Director then 2 managers. Both interviews went very well. Teaching about the company in general then some basic questions about skills, personality, and future outlook. Left the interview very confident. Never heard back from the recruiter. Emailed a few times with no response. If they came back with with an offer would decline immediately poor way to recruit.
