Filled out the online form after looking at one of the job postings. Then emailed the recruiter listed in the job posting. The email was responded to quickly - I don't think anyone even looked at my online application until long after.
There was a quick phone conversation and an appointment made to go in and interview.
Met with two rep's - one who looks for full-time employees and the other who looks for freelance candidates.
They wanted to know specific skills, specific roles, and types of companies I wanted to work in.

The recruiter was easy to talk to and kept things clear and professional. They asked about my background, what I’m looking for, and explained how their process works. We didn’t move forward with a job right away, but I appreciated the follow-up and overall it was a good experience.

They just called me and basically I got the job on the spot. It seemed extremely sketchy because it seemed way too good to be true and it ended up being way too good to be true.
