It was a 3-step interview process and was pretty quick within 2-3 days. First, I met with the hiring manager, then the Regional Manager and Director. An offer was made shortly after the last interview.

Entretien
Very short and unorganized. Did not feel very welcoming and was one of those experiences I could’ve been without. Got the feeling that this is mostly sales and not recruiting at all which was disappointing.

Puis : Demi journée d’observation
Pendant la demi journée d’observation on échange généralement avec plusieurs personnes de l’équipe pour avoir la possibilité d’échanger plus librement qu’avec son futur N+1
