the process consisted of three rounds of interviews. initially met with the recruiter, then team manager, followed by an interview with the district manager before getting an offer. all of the were virtual, but this was also during covid

phone interview then called in next day. the branch manager came in while being interviewed by the division director. I was asked to leave a voicemail with my coldcall. then I interviewed with the rest of the team. it was not stressful but i did get a hard sell....how great the company benefits and compensation packages are etc.

There was a phone screening with the Office Manager and Director. Once I passed the screening, I had to complete an in person interview with the Office Manager and the Director. Afterwards, I met the team and received an offer the same day.

Multiple in person interviews, met up for dinner with the entire team as the last portion. Very conversational, compared to hard hitting questions. Friendly team and easy to get along with.
