J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Robert Half (San Jose, CA)
Entretien
Phone screen, then in person interview. Might have to go through a few in person interviews. They are looking for a cheerleader-like personality, so be very energetic. They will have other team members come out from the office to interview you, to get their opinion on how well they think you would clique with them.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Do you mind making cold calls?
Do you think you would have an issue making 80+ outbound phone calls a day?
what motivates you? (they want to hear money)
Long but good conversations and engaging. You spoke with about 5 people from different teams. Felt a bit repetitive considering they asked the same questions. Asked about background, motivations, long term career, etc.
Multiple interview process, allows for shadowing on calls during process, fair representation of the day to day work, level set expectations. I met with VP level employees during interview process
