Entretien
Applied online and was called later that week to set up an initial phone interview. After the first interview, I was called back in for an in-person interview where I met with several division directors and had the opportunity to shadow current account executives. I was then called back for a third and final interview that was very similar to the second interview.
Long but good conversations and engaging. You spoke with about 5 people from different teams. Felt a bit repetitive considering they asked the same questions. Asked about background, motivations, long term career, etc.
Multiple interview process, allows for shadowing on calls during process, fair representation of the day to day work, level set expectations. I met with VP level employees during interview process
