The interview started with a group discussion. There were 20 candidates in total, divided into 4 groups of 5 people each. Once inside, each group received a card with a discussion topic — it wasn’t a technical question. After the group discussion, we had individual interviews, including a resume-based interview, and then we went home.

Interview Process steps: three calls, one from HR manager, one from line manager, and one from hiring manager. Last step was face to face interview. All steps very easy going and very pleaseant.
