Interview process takes 3 stages: telephone interview, interview with HR, and interview with management. Usually you simply pass first 2 stages, then the conversation with manager can be tricky. It's important not to seem overqualified neither in your CV, nor on the interview, but to have a balance and show your long-term interest within the position you apply, otherwise management always thinks you wanna take over their place.
