I liked the way SAP communicated about the process. My interview wasn't pleasant. The person who interviews UX people needs first to learn some basic communication skills. It is unprofessional to be late for the interview. Candidate experience is so crucial for an interview. It is not just about the candidate selling themselves, but the company must also sell the opportunity. I would decline their offer even if they accepted me.
