Before you submit your resume, you are asked to take 2 quick personality tests to see if your profile matches with company culture. Once you're done this step, they will inform you that they might contact you within the next days to a phone interview. It took 2 months to receive a call from a recruiter to schedule a phone interview.
I graduated in the end of 2012, but I do have some experience working as a Sales Executive for 2 different companies. During the interview, I told the recruiter that I had 2 years experience working as Sales Executive for an IT company, but I was looking for a position that I could learn and provide me a chance to develop myself quickly in a sales career.
Moving on to the next step, I was invited to a bootcamp and I thought they understood my experience and I was matching the profile needed for this position.
During the bootcamp, I realized most people did not have ANY experience at all and I could certain say they were not ready for sales position - did not have the minimum skills. To get things even worse, the current sales trainees present theirselves as the key evaluators and told us that getting in the sales academy is awesome because they could dress and act like real executives. At this point, I was regretting being there... When I thought noting could make it worse, a girl very young said that the most amazing thing is that when she got in the program, most of her friends were jealous make she was going to earn a lot of money.
I could not believe I was hearing that kind of thing.
All in all, I was not really excited, but I did my best. I made most of presentation by myself, as the others did not have a clue on what to do and the feedback I received was: you know everything, you have a presages profile, not sales.
Well, very disappointing... I don't recommend this program for anyone who take sales job serious.
