Entretien
Process is not too involved and you are guided by Recruitment/talent manager throughout. Takes about 4-6 weeks to get to offer. You will be interviewed by at least 4 individuals (potential role play/presentation)
1. HR / Business Partner to gauge your understanding of role and culture fit.
2. Selected SAP colleague , someone who will work closely with you/or with your team.
3. Hiring Manager usually asks scenario based questions/past experience.
4.Sales Director for the region, similar questions to Hiring manager.
SAP will do thorough verification and checks

The interview process was incredibly smooth. A recruiter reached out to me for initial screening, then set expectations for what the rest of the process would entail. I met (virtually) with the hiring manager, several members of the team, and an executive.

Entretien
The interview process was relatively straightforward. I spoke with 2 VP and 2 other Senior AEs. After going through it, it seems like hiring managers have a lot of autonomy as to what they want the process to look like.
